AT&T Hates Me

AT&T
AT&T

Does AT&T hate me or are they trying to drive me insane? Of all the internet and telephone service providers in the world, I had to choose AT&T. I have U-Verse, but the U does not st and for Universal. Why? Well, when I first signed on with AT&T I thought I was getting the deal of a lifetime. Right? My momma warned me about deals that sound too good to be true. Even at my age, I was fooled. I got the sweetest deal for about two months, and after that my bill was impossible, and my internet and phone kept going in and out. This is bad for me, because my earnings are made on my computer. Somehow, I think AT&T knew this, but I cannot prove it. This problem went on for months before they finally resolved it. By then, I had already paid the penalty for my job, lost a few customers and spend far more money than I earned. I’m sure this scenario sounds familiar to many people, right? I think that AT&T dislikes me, because I am always asking for an extension. If they truly want my money, they would insist I pay them, when I get the bill, and not weeks later. Their payment arrangement purposely throws me off track. The techs are always so nice when you call them, and so happy to take your payment. They even have an automatic payment system, which allows you to make future payments. This is excellent. However, they do not tell you that they run your check through several times. If you need to pay AT&T on a Friday at 3 P.M., you are out of luck. They will run the payment at 12: 01 a.m. and unless your bank hates you too, you now have an overdraft.
