Beverly Park California is a gated, high security community within the 90210 ZIP Code. It sits in the Los Angeles hills, between Mulholl and Drive and Sunset Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon Drive and Beverly Glen Boulevard. The community was established in 1990 and features expansive homes of 40,000 square feet or more.

Beverly Park is divided into two main communities, North Beverly Park and South Beverly Park. the two communities split the costs of road maintenance, security and general upkeep of the neighborhood. In the early 2000s the two communities were locked in a legal dispute over access to the community — North Beverly Park residents did not want South Beverly Park residents to use their entrance, even thought the south entrance required a 7-mile detour. After a lengthy battle, it was ruled that South Beverly Park residents and its visitors had the legal right to use both entrances.

Because of its location and high-security nature, many famous and wealthy people have resided in the community. A few residents have included actor/comedian Martin Lawrence, actor Denzel Washington, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Reba McEntire, Magic Johnson, Eddie Murphy, Jami Gertz, Kelsey Grammer and Barry Bonds.

Because of the high security and relative safety of the area, insurance rates are relatively low in comparison to the size and values of the homes in the community.
