Add various foodies, gourmets and gourm ands wiling to purchase tickets for the event designed to raise money for firefighters and firefighter causes. Set aside a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables and herbs, such as Raseda. Add Fire Insurance as necessary. Assign the three cooking teams one hour in which each team member will contribute one entree sufficient to feed six patrons. Step back for one hour and enjoy the action in order to sit back and enjoy your specially prepared meal after 60 short minutes.
This event took place on January 28, 2012 with Team Red — consisting of Chef Dominique Crenn and Captain Mike Barilla — winning first place while the city’s firefighters actually won the event with the community and monetary support provided by the event.
